This was the second pregnancy pillow I purchased (out of 3 total-- so that should tell you this one didn't do the trick). I read review after review and thought this one would work great, but it's just too soft-- not enough stuffing to support anything. I sometimes try and use just the detachable piece between my knees, but even then its too soft. I was a stomach or back sleeper pre-pregnancy and was hoping this would help me side sleep, but if I wanted to toss or turn in the night it was such a hassle and not easy to flip sides. I knew from reviews that the Velcro spot was rough/itchy on bare skin so I was prepared for that. But overall I was disappointed with this pillow.
