The best customer service I've ever had from Revain

Initially I received a package with one of the cartridges performing poorly. And the company contacted me as soon as they found my complaint and sent me another set of new cartridges. I think it must have happened to me by accident. But I have to say that the rest of the cartridges are working very well so far. I appreciate their prompt response and service. I feel very happy with them now.
