I know several silicone molds as I use them everyday to make candles. This is a set of four silicone molds, each with twelve cavities. The advantage is that the user can create many beautiful small shapes at the same time. The shapes are attractive and show off well, but the silicone is very thin. This isn't a good choice if you're planning on piercing silicone for candles. Unless you plan on piercing the mold, the silicone will likely last longer if used carefully. You will make a nice wax melt. They are approximately 1.5 inches wide and 1 inch high. I only recommend being careful with storage and handling as the silicone is thinner than ideal and can crack. I don't pierce candle molds and make adorable little teapot candles. I also use a wax melting mold. It can be used to craft small candies, sweets and more. If you plan to move the molds around after pouring, be sure to place them on a tray.
