We use a lot of cheese in this house. Enough to raise cows so we can make our own cheddar and mozzarella. So much cheese that years of rubbing can cause tendinitis in my elbow. This rotating grater makes life so much easier, especially when I'm making lasagna for 10 people. Seriously, it only takes me 60 seconds to cook enough cheese for a giant skillet or 2 very large pizzas. In addition, it is great for chopping carrots and cabbage for salad, beets for borscht, and zucchini for bread. Very helpful, highly recommended.
