Very well done. The elastic band is strong and large enough to cover a cot mattress. Very smooth and silky to the touch. My son spilled milk on it and couldn't get through, good waterproof case. It's thin, but in terms of comfort and waterproofness, I'd buy it again. I bought another mattress topper from eluxurysupply.com as a padding/waterproof barrier specifically designed for cots. Feels cool, I realized I slept a little cooler as I sweat a lot from behind before buying. I have a Serta icomfort mattress (intended to be cool but also very hard on the baby side), then an eluxurySupply mattress topper, then a Puregrace mattress topper and then a bed sheet (which doesn't fit due to the many layers).
