My lawn needed edging but I didn't have an edger. I've used motorized edgers in the past and they liked them, but I didn't want to buy them just for the 20 or so linear feet of pavement I had to clear. So I bought a spare blade with a 1" hole, bought this mandrel and stuck the knot in a 1/2" right angle cordless drill. Cut my lawn in 15 minutes and store those parts in a much more compact way than another car in the garage. I call it victory.
