Works so far and no chemical smell!

I have been looking for a product other than Scotch Guard as I am trying to be more careful about the chemicals I expose my family (including pets) to. We bought our first new sofa / 2 seater sofa in beautiful Sea Foam Green. We've had leather furniture in the past that was fairly easy to wash and I didn't want the new furniture to get dirty. I only applied the product last week so can't comment on how it's holding up but I followed the directions and now the water drips off giving me hope for future messes. This is especially important as I have friends of my daughter (aged 6-10) in and out of the house all the time and we have a new puppy. For the record, I used about 3/4 of the bottle on my new couch and 2 seater chair and left some on purpose. I then did a test with water and where water got in, I sprayed fabric spray again. It ONLY lasted both pieces of furniture but I have it auto mail order once every 6 months just in case. I will also add that there was no smell. I'm used to Scotchguard which stinks quite a bit but it didn't smell at all. I still followed the instructions and opened the house just in case, but I didn't notice any smells, neither did my husband when he got home and he is very sensitive to smells. So far, so good!

Pros
  • โœ… A SAFE ALTERNATIVE. Unlike most stain removers, our protectant is non-flammable. It uses water-based chemistry, so it's safe enough to use in a well-ventilated area. High-tech solution for interior sealing.
