Not worth sending back - just junk.
Didn't work right out of the box for the Cisco CP-8851 I use at work. The three "adapters" were cheap and cheap and one of them seemed to work but not sure as couldn't test the call before the audio went off again. I just threw them away. Instead, I used my Apple AirPods. A guy from our IT team told me to try the Airpods after he saw me throwing away the garbage can that I received. Surprised AirPods work so well with Cicso.
