I've opened and closed it about half a dozen times just to make sure it works and that it works well. I put 5 cards in, closed it and when I tried to open it it didn't work and was basically locked. After trying to be gentle with it and trying everything but opening it, I pushed the latch very hard and it popped open, but the wallet was still locked. I ended up opening it. I think I'll go back to the old leather portfolio.
