I've had Darn Tough socks for seven years and love them. I liked them so much that I didn't send a few pairs that eventually wore out. I bought this pack instead. When they arrived I put on a pair and my leg immediately started itching. I have no allergies and have never had before. I decided to wash them before I put them on. When I put them in the laundry, I noticed that they gave off a very unpleasant chemical smell. They still smell after washing. I have no idea what they soaked their stuff in or why they had to do it but it's disgusting and most likely really bad for your health as my feet are itchy. I am really disappointed in this company "Made in USA". I expected better. I will no longer buy from them.
