Two days after returning the window is broken!

I loved it then, now I HATE IT! When I use the holder normally and it holds my phone while I was driving, my phone just fell on the floor of my car. I looked at the phone holder and the spring or whatever was holding it closed. I think it broke because it's just flapping around now. Try to keep it closed with a rubber band until the end of the journey to the destination. FINAL EFFECT. Do not do that! It will break two days after the return window! TWO FUCKING DAYS HAVE PASSED!
