I buy this product to get rid of diaper rash. However, I later realized that I needed to make an appointment to see the doctor because of a rash my child had. The product itself is great. It offers excellent moisture protection. It has a slight pleasant smell, not too thick. The product is completely natural and consists of only 5 ingredients. I use all of these at home now. I felt comfortable using this product because I was familiar with the ingredients and felt that it didn't dry out my baby's sensitive skin. It's gentle enough to use as a lip moisturizer. This product is more like an ointment than a cream as the base is cocoa butter. I would love to give this product 5 stars but there are a few packaging issues that are preventing mom from creaming baby's squirming butt. It is difficult to squeeze out the contents from the dispensing hole even when the tube is full. The letters on the front of the package also began to wear out. That means as I struggle to pull the cream out of the hole, the black writing rubs against my hand, which then has to go over the baby's butt. Although these are minor things that can be fixed; It's very uncomfortable. 5 stars for the product, 2 stars for the packaging. That's an average of 3 stars.
