I give my students rainbow eyes as a reward. When they see a rainbow I tell them about the refraction and they want to know more. As science teachers in a socio-economic setting, most students are not given many material things, so they are grateful and curious when rewarded. They also enjoy learning about the rainbow and how it is formed.
