Review on Warm and Cozy Girls Winter Leggings with Velvet and Fleece Lining by Sarah Brown

I was so disappointed when I opened the package to see they had been used. They had dog hair and one leg was regular length, the other leg was half turned up because the person who used them and returned them didn't even put their leg down and then put them in a bag and returned them. :-O I have to drive now to drop them off and wait for a refund. I don't often give bad reviews BUT if you're going to spend $22 on kids' leggings, they have to be brand new. I will reorder. But please send new ones this time4! I wish they would just send me a new pair so I can throw out those nasty baddies, but they want me to return them. Our trip is coming soon and I need it! Can someone help me? Beautifully please
