Review on Sylvania Outdoor Digital Timer Outles by Jesse Hernandez

I tried to install this but couldn't get it to work. If I turn it on at dusk, it starts immediately. Programming didn't work out. The next day it didn't turn on automatically. I checked the Sylvania website and apparently they didn't make it. I checked with another company who might have made it but they deny responsibility. There are no instructions for use, only what is written on the packaging. Someone calling tech support.
