So since I actually read the description I'll say the following. Positiv: The delivery was fast. It heats up very quickly. Cons: The handle has to be squeezed to close the iron, making it a bit more difficult. The outside of the iron is likely to get as hot as the iron itself, so be warned, don't touch that end. . But I wasn't expecting a $30 miracle, or it does most of the work, but my Remington can finish what this one can't. Anyway I gave it a 4 out of 5 because while it's hard to maneuver it does straighten hair to some degree, is cheaper and was delivered in the mail very quickly. I definitely recommend using a heat protectant spray (as you should with an iron anyway). Definitely try not to touch the outside of the iron though as it also gets very hot although it says I'm mindful of the heat give them a fair warning.
