It's getting colder every day at the University of Washington here and in Seattle. I needed a long sleeve shirt to keep me warm at night and during workouts and this shirt does the job perfectly. I put on this thermal shirt and jacket and they work like magic; no longer trembles. Highly recommended for those preparing for Autumn/Winter. The fabric (well, I'm not an expert and the ingredients are listed in the product description) reminds me of a silk and soft fabric blend and somehow manages to keep me warm. I'm usually a tall guy in shirt size, but I choose XL because DevOps Large doesn't suit me. So if either of you is usually a large size then buy XL.
