No caller id announce
This has all the features you would expect from a phone EXCEPT it doesn't announce the caller id out loud. Little did I know how much I would miss this feature and didn't realize it wasn't there when I bought the set. In addition, when messages are pending, the base station will beep periodically to alert you. This feature annoys me as I purposely pick up calls intermittently and have to get up to delete messages immediately after a call to avoid hearing repeated beeps.
