I ordered actual size 6.5 and a two piece black nubuck heel. The shoe is quite narrow, so it sits well on the foot and the material does not bulge outwards. The inside is lined with soft faux suede. That's really black. The ankle strap has five cutouts. The ankle strap should sit perfectly over the ankle. Although there isn't much arch support. heels EXACTLY 3 inches; no less, no more. I recommend getting a size down as they're too roomy in the toes, but that doesn't mean you can't walk in them comfortably. You can put gel pads on your toes to keep them soft if they bother you (and you shouldn't), or you can go without because it's comfortable for both of you. I don't think most people will bother with that little extra space, but if you're like me and worried about tiny imperfections, going down a half size should be comfortable. Overall, this is a well-made pair of chunky heels. Ideal for evening events and excursions. It's definitely cute and I'd say worth it considering the other options sold on Revain seem limited.
