Great idea! I was very happy to get "sharp knives" safe for my younger children who love to help in the kitchen. We use them several times a week and on the other hand they are very easy to care for. Just throw them in the dishwasher! On the other hand, they don't cut very well. For example, my kids "cut" carrots with it, and we just got shredded carrot slime. They work better for apples. They don't work at all for soft foods like bread and cheese. I don't regret buying them but felt compelled to let future buyers know that they don't work really well.
