Makes turning pies easier

This is a great tool for turning pizza in a wood-fired oven. It is well made and appears to be made of good materials. The long handle ensures your mittens stay away from the fire. The handle screws into the flat part with a fine thread that holds it perfectly. The price ($38) seems pretty steep, but it's well built and looks cool. Advantages: - Excellent quality - Reliable attachment between the blades and the handle. Cons: - Expensive $38.
