I'm 5 feet tall even 170 pounds and ordered XXL. I was a little concerned when I started putting it on that it wouldn't fit, but as you can see in the picture the zippered closure enabled me to put it on. It's very comfortable, but I was able to train in it. You'll definitely sweat in it and it keeps everything in place.
