This is a shoulder strap

I bought the khaki strap to replace the strap that came with another gym bag. In general, the belt looks good and I have had no problems with it. Traveled to Brazil and used it quite often with moderate use. The only problem I have is that when I adjust the length of the strap, the padded part cannot move to where my shoulder is, the shoulder pad gets stuck in the metal buckle and only on my chest during use sits.
