This stainless steel bowl set is very convenient for cake preparation. 8 qt was for whipping egg whites. 5QT was intended for beating flour, baking powder and salt. 3QT was for whipping butter and sugar together. 1.7QT is used to make glaze. 1OT was for orange juice. 0.75 QT was for yolk. This simplifies the preparation of cakes. The stacking feature is also a plus, which helps me save a lot of storage space.
