Finally a rain cover that's breathable (at least as good as a waterproof jacket), long enough to fit my waterproof pants (and has a ponytail that folds down so it overlaps them CONSTANTLY when I'm in drop bars!) and has long enough arms that I never have a gap between my sleeves and gloves! The wrists have velcro straps so they can be tightened, wear gloves to keep out wind/rain or zip open for extra ventilation. The rear zip pocket is easily accessible without removing the jacket (and is ideally positioned to store the battery for my Light and Motion Stella helmet). Zippers can be unzipped for increased ventilation when you need it and zipped up in colder or wet weather. Phone. This is my absolute favorite r jacket for wet weather and also (with a long sleeve jersey underneath) for cold weather as it doesn't make me feel like wrapping a sausage! Apparently, cyclists in Seattle know a thing or two about raincoats. :)
