I wore this skirt to a concert and it not only spun FURTHER, it literally just spun as I walked. I can't tell you how bad the skirt looked, I don't know what happened. All the fibers of the skirt seem to have come loose from it? Looks like 20 cats decided to run their claws over it. At least advertise it as a suit skirt because it is a one-time use.
