Come for the package, stay for customer service.

In the preface to this review I would like to say that I rarely write a review. However, in this case, I think it is necessary for every buyer to know what they are buying. I recently received this package because I have an old camel cow that I want to give to my son. I wanted to replace it with something comparable but didn't want to spend the $150 I spent on the Camel. I received this package and drove very well with it. And for the price I can't find anything better. This package rivals, if not surpasses, my camel. Let's move on to the next point, customer service. The customer service experience I had made me to write this review. About a week after I received the backpack, I used it once and cleaned it. Well, the connection between the hose and the bladder (the screw) has been severed. It was probably my fault so I assumed I was SOL. I contacted support via email and received a response within a few hours. Remember it was a Sunday evening. And by Monday morning I had a new bladder and tube with a tracking number on the way. The fact that my pipe broke is by no means a sign of quality. The part where the snorkel screws into the backpack is very well done and a great feature in my opinion. It's way better than the click style that the camel offers. I feel like it's a lot less prone to leaking. Either way, this is a great product backed by even better customer service. This pack competes with one that costs three times as much, and I think Teton has a new buyer for life.
