Review on AEM 21 714C Cold Intake System by Justin Reese

This air intake is perfect for my 2012 EX Civic 2 door. It was a little difficult to get my old recording out, but not too bad. Give yourself a day to get the job done, but you can definitely do it yourself. This air intake was easy to install once you had the old one. Removing the driver's side fender is also a little tricky, but take your time and reinstall the fender as your AEM air filter is now housed in the lower wheel well. You don't want it to get wet on rainy days. The car sounds a little sexier, but not too loud, only when accelerating. The benefits are subtle and depending on your driving style you will get a little more gas mileage when driving passively, but with my driving I have really reduced my gas mileage. I preferred the extra power and torque. ;) Very happy with my purchase, and despite everything it's nice to feed my car with fresh air. I can say it appreciates that.
