They always break and don't come with a 'lifetime' guarantee as stated on the box
These glass panels don't fit the screen perfectly so they break with a slight bump. I also have tablets in silicone cases. The glass shatters if hit lightly or dropped. I contacted the company and they were happy to replace them, but they cracked again! They say it has a lifetime guarantee, but that's false advertising. When I asked them to replace it again they said only 1 replacement. Don't worry
