Leaking Fill Cap: Hydration Packs

I bought this for my only son to do Trail Life camp/hike with him. Well I guess you get what you pay for. The problem is that the filler neck is leaking. (See video). Maybe this is done on purpose so as not to create a vacuum, but it's a little annoying when it comes as a surprise. as 1. You do not put any pressure on the bag and put it horizontally with water.
