Large is the perfect size for my Kaw Vulcan 800B. They match the fender perfectly and match the Mustang seat. I had to move the big rubber turn signals that Kau installed. I actually threw them away and bought a couple of mini bullets mounted low on the rear fender. The quality is also excellent for this price. I didn't like velcro, and neither did a lot of the others here. So I attached some matching 2" velcro strips to the lid and left the backing. Problem solved and 100% reversible. You can also melt the soft side of the velcro until it's useless for a permanent modification. Cobra mounts (or any 6th -" bracket) mount too far forward and are not ideal. I have used them but if I did it again I would get/make 8 3/8" to use the rear 2 holes. Also, the cobra lengthened too far (15 degrees, for example) and had to be bent back inward.
