Large! if you want ingrown nails!
I never had ingrown toenails until I bought these shoes. They are VERY tight in the toe area. and very rigid, inflexible. I will not recommend this shoe to anyone. this is NOT a BC from the early 90's.

- It was a great throwback to my school days. Positive reaction from friends.

- Difficult to clean and maintain with quilted texture
