Review on Rupse by Nick Esquibel

Rupse, an online company that prides itself on prioritizing customer pleasure, recently left me with unsatisfactory feelings. My experience fell far short of my expectations, despite their dedication to going above and above for their clients. First, the Rupse customer service team's communication was poor. Even then, the responses were neither instructive or helpful, and I had to call out again just to obtain a response. Just to receive the bare minimum of information on my order seemed like pulling teeth. Even worse, the items I received did not match the descriptions on the internet. They fell short of my expectations and were of terrible quality. I contacted customer service to ask about returning the things, but they weren't helpful and wouldn't cooperate. Overall, Rupse was an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience for me. I anticipated more from a business that prides itself on putting the needs of its clients first. I would advise looking elsewhere if you're seeking for a dependable and trustworthy online retailer.
