Perhaps someone else has experienced a similar issue: the system indicates that the headphones are connected, you insert them, and the music starts playing, but there is no sound! You must take it out, put it in a case (similar to one for a reboot), and then use it in a different manner. The sound then appears. And it frequently occurs like this! And I don't know why, which is bothersome. Perhaps I'm making a mistake here? I frequently hear the complaint that during a conversation, all they can hear is cracking. Nothing happens after I add a microphone ((((( I noticed that the left earpiece started to immediately discharge after using it for about six months. I also couldn't figure out why. I've since found that they occasionally don't charge in cases where they lie. Additionally, the music is occasionally interrupted when the headphones are on, as if some sort of interference (like interference on the radio) has occurred. What rubbish, I have no idea. They are only practical for biking because there are no wires, in other words. Otherwise, regrettably (((I've been using it for more than a year, and each day, something new makes me disappointed.
