I recently purchased a petcube and would recommend it. We had a puppy with a pandemic and wanted a pet cam to keep an eye on him when the world opens up again, returns to work, etc. We've never had a security cam or pet cam so we didn't know how to do it. that will work. Overall it works as expected. Setup was easy and the video and treat dispenser was up and running in about 30 minutes. The video quality is excellent and the treat dispenser works better than I expected. Administration in the application is very simple. I was worried our pup might be scared of the device but so far he hasn't had any problems. The app could use a few tweaks to make video viewing controls and privacy settings clearer, but it gets the job done. Personally, I don't need to see photos of other pets and don't want to share photos of my pup with other petcube users, so I wish these features weren't so central. But overall it doesn't matter much. After about a week we found it very helpful to babysit our little fella, give him treats and talk to him while we were gone!
