Good staff - you get what you pay for.
These frames are cheap. One of the three had scratches on the glass. Some corners didn't fit perfectly. I was okay with the cons as they fit my budget at the time. The biggest problem I had was that the clips on the back that held the glass and cardboard in the frame were very large, awkward and kept coming loose. They look good with my photos so overall I'm happy and got what I expected after reading other reviews.
