Real suede naturally has a very, very tight fit, so order where you have comfortable space to zip up or sit down. I'm 5ft 9in, 200lbs and my "normal" height is a 16. I ordered the XXL in black. The XXL pulls up on me and is comfortable, but not much. It may also stretch a little when worn. I don't know what those ties at the side waist are for. In my opinion, the rock would be better without them. This skirt is the same as in the photo and I look forward to wearing it.
