The DVR itself is very good, tested all interfaces plus 16 POE ports, camera sharpness, motion detection and IR tested at night - excellent, works well. But I made some resolution changes and lost the video, I couldn't go back to the NVR to reset the resolution, but there were no instructions on how to reset the resolution or restore factory settings. This is where I found out that their tech support is really bad. In the end I figured out how to open the NVR, found the reset button, factory reset the NVR and fixed the problem. I give 5 stars for the functionality and reliability of the machine and 1 star for the technical support. If there was a negative star I would give technical support a negative star
