Review on 🔧 BAL 23222 Set of 2 "C" Jacks with Handle - 22": Sturdy and Reliable Lift for Easy Maintenance by Noel Pilla

I am satisfied with these jacks. You'll hardly notice them when they're fully retracted. They appear to be built well enough to do what they were designed to do. I'm a little disappointed that I had to mount the front ones parallel to each other as the tabs get in the way. I can fit them right in the back of the trailer so hopefully this will avoid unnecessary stress on the front when I pull in. A few things I didn't like about Jacks. :1) The packaging didn't survive the nightmares during delivery. You tie one end to a small cardboard tab and the other end is inserted into the cardboard cutout without restraint. Needless to say, these jacks had a few scuffs and scratches, but no dents or dents to speak of. 2) The self tapping screws they give you seem pretty small to me considering the mounting holes are significantly larger. I went ahead and used them, but might consider replacing them with something larger as a couple of them went in crookedly as one side of the screw head dipped into the mounting hole. I ended up removing one screw because I tend to robotically tighten everything. Despite these disadvantages, I will definitely buy them again. I love the design and so far I haven't seen anyone produce anything stronger than these "C" connectors.
