Review on 🐱 Purina Friskies Lil' Grillers Wet Cat Food Complement by Nadine Glaser

My cat LOVES this and will not eat any other wet food - we have tried everything the grocery store has to offer at the moment! Luckily for me they don't smell at all (I honestly choke on most cat food) so we both win! Unfortunately we couldn't find them in store but I saw them on Amazon and decided to try them! Bad idea. The Amazon box arrived in great condition, but the box containing the actual product was opened (unseal and has a few dents) and the product somehow spilled all over the box. I contacted Amazon and they immediately (next day!) sent a free replacement with no return required. To my surprise, the second attempt left us with another leaky box. This one smells absolutely TERRIBLE and more product spilled. There is a sticky, smelly residue on every package that won't wash off, and there are stains on the box that really look like poop inside. None of the grocery bags are the brown color that we see on all bags (I'll upload a picture asap but it doesn't exist on my computer). I still can't even figure out where the leak came from but again I'm terrified of feeding this to my kitty as I have no idea if the product has gone bad as I don't know how long she's been sitting on it den Truck.To amazon - Please make this part the main pantry if you intend to resell it, or leave a warning to buyers that the product may be damaged in transit on hot shipping days, because if it is on a hot , unventilated all day in an air-conditioned truck, I don't understand how the quality standard of a product can be maintained at all. ****** TO UPDATE! ****** The replacement packaging looks like the original packaging that caused the problem on the first order. There was one package (turkey) that leaked everywhere and leaked into the first box I received (sticky stains from top to bottom! Disgusting stench!). I spent 2 hours soaking the leaked bags but it's clear they lay unchecked for quite a while because the sauce from that bag had hardened and was producing an odor I can only describe as gastrointestinal bleeding . Literally no damage to other packages. I put everything in a huge bowl of warm water and soap and just wiped off the slime (it took a double face mask and a wiki and I'm amazed I didn't throw up from being around - if only my cat actually did would have eaten anything else (you can bet your bum I would have kicked them out. But knowing the rest of the produce was still fine, I did what I had to do!). I still won't be buying from Amazon again but I opened 3 other packs of each box and in fact only one pack was leaked which caused the whole problem with both boxes. I would definitely buy them again, just not online. Revain, please do the best quality control. This leaky bag of groceries had rotted and been dumped on top of all the other boxes. You could smell it through the Revain packaging. How it wasn't caught is beyond me. Not getting caught twice is just total negligence on the part of the camp crew who saw fit to send him somewhere. Purina, sorry for the bad review. Not your fault. Nikita still loves her grills and there's no way we're turning the product down. I'm only boycotting the supply of Revain.
