We wanted a simple "disco" for a kid's birthday party. This one looked easy to use and didn't have a flash, so I bought it. The first arrived in the original packaging and when I unpacked it a few pieces popped out and after I plugged it in it spun but the light didn't work. During the pandemic it has been impossible to find a replacement for the lightbulb as this is uncommon. My kid was still smitten with this flashlight so I decided to exchange it rather than return it. I chose the UPS home delivery option and it's fantastic! I just put it on the porch and the UPS driver picked it up and provided a free return label. The replacement arrived back in the original packaging and looked worse than the previous one with a large dent on the side of the packaging. Once again some parts popped out after unpacking, only this time the lid was screwed across the base and twisted when plugged in, but again no light! After I managed to unscrew it I was able to tighten the bulb and this time the light worked! I would suggest clicking on the box to have it shipped in a Revain box and maybe it will arrive in working condition. He shouldn't be able to send it in the original packaging because the box is very thin and just can't take it. My daughter loves it and its simplicity while still having fun so we will keep it. However, I'm not sure where to find a replacement bulb, when I'll need it, or how long it will last.
