These are Chinese copies on an old portable B&W antenna. They work fine. The SWR is high compared to 1/4 wave duck when the radio is bare hand held. The SWR is slightly better on the public safety bands (150-160MHz). They include extra rubber grommets, which is a good thing since some radios have a locking ring at the base of the antenna connector and no protrusion on the antenna housing. This is to keep water/dust out of your HT. They're better than factory ducks, but not by much.
