The perfect food container.
I was looking for a container that would not leach particles, like plastic chemicals, into the stored food. The container also needed to be airtight and lightproof, and easy to open and seal back shut. The 14.52 FL OZ Ceramic Food Storage Jar turned out to be perfect for storing my flax seeds that I grind up. I think it's an ideal container to maintain the nutritional value of the ground flax seeds, and it is easily stored in the fridge. Love it!
