The team was extremely helpful in setting up our servers for us at no charge! They were always available by phone or email if we had questions along with being right there when it came time install/setup new hardware etc., even helping find parts that weren't readily found online (especially important considering they don’t have any local stores).

We are very happy as customers but also feel like friends because everyone involved has been so friendly & kind throughout this process - truly amazing!!
