I use this cage as a place for my mouse when cleaning its normal cage. I also use it as a playground for him. Even though he's just a little guy, I love it when he feels like he has different places to play. It's funny because I thought balance bikes were always too big for him and small ones were bad for his health/back (I found out). When I saw this huge wheel I was very excited to try it. He mastered it in no time! It's what's best for his little back and he runs and runs on it. As this is a cage I only use for cleaning or play I found the accessories and size just perfect for it. I added a few extra wooden toys. I love that I can add them to the metal bars. I also found this cage to be easy to clean. I do a thorough cleaning on the outside with soap/water/hose, but I use a diluted vinegar solution to wipe everything down and keep a fresh smell in between. The cage and accessories are well made and have held up well for my little furry friend. He can't get out of this cage either, because the bars are pretty tight.
