Not sure where this vendor got them from. I received three separate cards wrapped together with no markings other than Oral B. This is definitely not a thread action as stated in the description. They don't even have the yellow bristles of a dental floss brush. It looks like the seller has to buy them in excess and that's what you see, not what is pictured on Revain, unless they are actually fake. I'm really surprised that Oral B is still allowing this nonsense and I think they are doing more to protect their brand. Well I give up. I drive to Target on the way home, get the real deal before I buy so I don't waste any more time. Get away from these. Judging by the reviews, this is a set of everything the seller buys in excess, and the quality varies greatly.
