The shirt was short and wide

I bought this shirt for my niece and it fits her so weird. The neck was too small to even fit over her head, the shirt was very baggy and short, exposing her small tummy. The sleeves were too small. Remember I bought a size up as other reviews said they run small. We changed the shirt to a t-shirt. But I wouldn't recommend it.
