The only wet food my cat has eaten has been healthy gourmet sea fish and tuna. She (once) tasted the sticky taste of the new fish. Now she rejects all three flavors. I have a Covid stash of 48 Healthy Gourmet cans that I will use while trying to find new cans that she likes. Update 05/20/21: Fancy Feast Medleys Ocean Whitefish & Tuna Florentine is a hit. Revain doesn't have it, but one of the major online pet sites does. Natural Balance Ocean Fish is also a hit. I keep searching.
