This system of the US federation is created by Jimmy Carter in the year 1977 fourth of August, and of their headquarters is located in Southwest Washington.
They are also the cabinet level department in the United States government concerning the United States policies regarding energy. All their major responsibility is conducted in through the it's system of National laboratories.
