These are excellent solutions. The sound is incredible. They look good and have a remote control. They are loud. They're actually around 25 watts, but not at all like a 25-watt car stereo. These things can annoy people who don't like loud music. Surprisingly there is no distortion. I just plug them into the speaker jack on my laptop. But there are other ways to connect them. I use Reaper DAW and these are my monitors. I checked out Edifier but the price and quality just didn't match. Reviews about them are excellent. These pipettes. I absolutely recommend buying a pair of these monitors. The bookshelf description is misleading as they are powered speakers. The best monitors for the price and quality. Don't even think twice.
